Do I need an account, and how do I create one?

Browsing daily launches, categories, winners, and reviews is open to everyone. You only need an account to submit a project, upvote, or leave a comment. Sign up with an email address and password, or in one click with Google or GitHub. If you use email and password, we send you a verification link first — you need to confirm it before you can sign in.

I never received my verification email. What now?

Check your spam folder first. Verification links expire after 24 hours, and signing in again with the same email and password sends you a fresh one. If nothing arrives after that, email support@launchpad.ms and we will verify the account manually.

Question 3

How do I change my password or update my profile?

Accepted Answer

Everything lives in your settings: your display name, your avatar, and your password. If you signed up with Google or GitHub, manage your password with that provider instead.

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Email support@launchpad.ms from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. Account deletion is not self-serve yet. Once your account is deleted we remove or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, as described in our privacy policy.

When do launches happen?

All launches happen at 8:00 AM UTC. We launch a limited number of projects each day to ensure quality visibility.

How many projects are launched each day?

Accepted Answer

We launch up to 5 free projects and 5 basic projects each day, and 3 premium projects weekly. Keeping the daily slate small is deliberate — every project gets a real share of the attention.

How far in advance can I schedule my launch?

Accepted Answer

Free launches can be scheduled up to 180 days ahead, Basic and Premium launches up to 90 days, and the SEO Growth Package up to 30 days. The earliest available date is always tomorrow.

Can I launch more than one project per day?

Accepted Answer

No. Each account can launch 1 project per day. If you have several products to ship, schedule them on different days.

How are daily rankings decided?

Rankings come from community upvotes, nothing else. At the end of each launch day we rank the top 3 upvote groups, and projects tied on the same number of upvotes share a rank. Paying for a launch buys placement and a backlink, never a ranking.

Do I get a backlink to my site?

Every paid launch includes a guaranteed dofollow backlink from your project page. Free launches earn a dofollow backlink only if the project finishes in the daily top 3.

What does it cost to launch?

Launching is free. Basic Launch costs $3.95, Premium Launch costs $11.95, and the SEO Growth Package costs $27.95. Every plan is a one-time payment per launch — there is no subscription.

How do payments work?

Payments are handled by Stripe on a hosted checkout page, so your card details never touch Launchpad. Stripe accepts major credit and debit cards, and your launch slot is confirmed as soon as the payment clears.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

We do not offer refunds for the SEO Growth Package. Once purchased, the service is considered final and non-refundable. However, we do our best to ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with you throughout the process. Sponsored listings are also non-refundable once the campaign has started.

Question 14

I paid but my launch still shows as pending. What should I do?

Payment confirmation is not always instant — give it a few minutes and refresh your dashboard. Projects that stay unpaid for 24 hours are cleared automatically, so if the status has not changed, email support@launchpad.ms with your Stripe receipt and we will fix it.

How much does a sponsored listing cost?

Sponsored listings cost $29.95 per listing per month, and we run at most 6 at a time. They are clearly labeled as sponsored and have no effect on community rankings. You need to have launched at least one product to book one.

Question 16

What data do you collect, and do you sell it?

Accepted Answer

We collect what you give us (account details, project information, comments and votes) plus standard usage data such as pages viewed and referrers. We use strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security, preference cookies for things like your theme, and privacy-friendly analytics. We do not sell your personal information. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have rights to access, correct, delete, and export your data.

What parts of my profile are public?

Anything you publish on Launchpad is public and can be indexed by search engines: your project pages, logos, descriptions, badges, comments, and votes. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Question 18

My upvote did not register. Is something broken?

Accepted Answer

Probably not. To keep rankings honest we rate-limit voting: up to 100 vote actions every 5 minutes, and at least 2 seconds between two actions on the same project. Wait a moment, reload the page, and try again.

Question 19

My logo or screenshot will not upload.

Accepted Answer

We accept PNG, JPEG, and WebP images. Logos must be under 1 MB and other images under 10 MB, so resize the file if it is larger. If the upload still fails, try again with ad blockers disabled, then email support@launchpad.ms and we will upload it for you.

How do I get help, report abuse, or flag a security issue?
