A free VO2 max calculator from Catalyst Performance, a longevity-focused personal training studio in the Singapore CBD. Enter a known VO2 max and it places you in a percentile for your age and sex against the FRIEND reference registry, the largest normative database of cardiorespiratory fitness. If you have never been tested, it estimates your VO2 max from your resting heart rate instead. VO2 max is the single strongest predictor of all-cause mortality in the exercise-science literature, which is why knowing roughly where you sit matters more than most gym metrics. The calculator runs entirely in your browser as deterministic maths against published norm tables, with no account, no email capture and no server call, so nothing you enter is stored. The full norm tables and the sources behind them are published on the page rather than summarised away, and where a figure is an estimate it says so and points to the measured version. It is one of eleven free calculators in the suite, alongside fitness age, grip strength, waist-to-height ratio, the sitting-rising test, GLP-1 muscle loss, fat loss, running pace, heart rate zones, protein intake and body fat percentage. All eleven are free to embed on any other website.
