Wisegrid

Wisegrid: Spreadsheet-Native Work Management

Wisegrid is a spreadsheet-native work management platform for project-driven businesses that need more structure, automation, and visibility without giving up the familiar grid experience.

Many teams rely on Excel, Google Sheets, or Smartsheet to manage projects, schedules, budgets, requests, approvals, and reporting. As operations grow, information becomes scattered, updates remain manual, and maintaining a reliable view of progress becomes difficult.

Wisegrid turns the spreadsheet workflow teams already understand into a connected work management system.

Key Features

• Spreadsheet-native workspace: Work with familiar rows, columns, formulas, hierarchies, copy and paste, and cross-sheet references.

• Multiple project views: View the same underlying data as a grid, Gantt chart, board, or calendar.

• Dashboards and reports: Create live dashboards, charts, portfolio reports, and project summaries.

• Forms and data collection: Collect requests, updates, and structured information directly into sheets.

• Workflow automation: Automate notifications, assignments, row updates, approvals, and recurring processes.

• AI-powered formulas: Classify, extract, and summarize project information inside the grid.

• Resource planning: Track workloads, availability, capacity, and project allocation.

• Reusable blueprints: Recreate formulas, formatting, views, automations, and dashboards for recurring projects.

• API and webhooks: Connect Wisegrid with external systems through a REST API and signed webhooks.

• Smartsheet migration: Import existing workflows instead of rebuilding them manually.
